The other day the Hubble space telescope detected water vapour on Jupiter's moon Europa. In such a cold environment this wast expected. What's there to learn here, unexpected forces at work or something else?

Comic Cosmos – The Strawberry Supermoon
This is a new thing I'm going to have a go at - Comic Cosmos... Little comic stories on some cosmic things. Yesterday evening it was apparently a Strawberry Supermoon, You could tell though becasue right on cue the clouds appeared...Poor Moon can rarely show off.
Comic Cosmos – Juno Visits Ganymede
This is a new thing I'm going to have a go at - Comic Cosmos... Little comic stories on some cosmic things. Yesterday Juno (which has been orbiting Jupiter) visited Ganymede, it's first close encounter in about 30 years. The whole thing lasted less than 30 minutes.
