Blog Orbit – Blog Date August 2022

Hello there bloggies!

I can’t believe we’re already 10 days into August and I’ve not posted for a few week. That’s a bit bad of me… Over here on this little island the ship is sinking with no one at the helm, or we would be sinking if it wasn’t quite so dry here, we’re not seem much rain in months really so we’re all a bit cooked.

There’s been a bit of old and new here on Simon’s Space… let’s me take you though what’s been going on!

Hauling out the telescope I had another look at the Moon and Captured som pretty amazing shots:

Moon Craters 2

Squirrels are pesky things when it comes to leaving nuts out fo rthe birds… so much so that when one took the whole feeder I envisioned them using welding equipment to break it open and created this:

The Squirrel Cage Cutter

Have a look…

Lastly was my Blog Battle story for July – Figel and the Intern

If you ever have had an irritating waste of space at work using nafarious means to work their way and and then fall to Earth. This storey is for you!

My series of posts sharing the story of our understanding of the universe has finished and I know I put them up last month but as it’s been a quiet month I thought I woulf put them up again! This has gone all the way from Aristotle to Einstein and covered thousands of years. I’ve listed the posts below… have a look!

Blog Orbit – June 2023

Hello there bloggies! Despite the weather presenting the look that it’s about April we have now arrived in June. We’ve made it this far and yet there still seems so long to go. The cost of living is still up through the roof, the backs seem forever useless and on the brink of collapse tooโ€ฆ

Thinking about it makes it Hurt – The Tax System

I’m sorry, it’s me – I can’t help it. I’ve tried to keep the insanity from the door of this corner of the web but I can’t do it any longer. The world in which we live is wonderful, beautiful and terrible thing and yet there’s few – well quite a lot of people actuallyโ€ฆ
