I’ve got in early this month and got the orbit in on the second – the second – I can’t remember the last time I got it in this early – but then I can’t remember much past last week so that’s not saying much. Seriously I do sometimes wonder where my brain has gone!
Even though it’s been just 2 weeks (time flies eh?) since my last orbit post there’s been a few things going on…
Mainly was the addition of The Wallagong Beast to my Blog Battle story family…
The Wallagong Beast
Also in the mix has been some Did you know… posts. One of which is the one on the Pacific Ocean which has surprised some, mainly becasue the fact that rockets get dumped in the middle of it.
Those that come and visit often may also have noticed the addition of a new set of posts… Philosophical Conundrums, little thoughts about life, time and the universe which make you think and then makes your brain hurt.
I love skylines, so often a lens doesn’t do them justice but sometimes a wide lens and a moody sky can make a beautiful picture. I wish I could mount some of these at times…Enjoy the views!
I’m sorry, it’s me – I can’t help it. I’ve tried to keep the insanity from the door of this corner of the web but I can’t do it any longer. The world in which we live is wonderful, beautiful and terrible thing and yet there’s few – well quite a lot of people actually…
I can’t talk obviously about the rest of the world, but here in the UK Spring has been a bit of a washout but there have been a few times where the Sun and been able to shine onto the beauty of the Spring and I’ve been able to capture a flavour of it.I hope…

My name is Simon I'm an engineer, creator, free thinker and occasionally writer. For far too long I had ideas and nowhere to put them for the world to see, that's why Planet Simon was created.
I'm an experimenter, explorer and fascinated by the world around me and the people in it. My exploration goes further than the known universe and expands out to universe's I've created in my mind and put onto the creative canvas.
I'm not the person I used to be and over time I have evolved and the blog is evolving with me. Whatever this blog is in the future it's a place where all are welcome and ideas can roam free to find their magical place in the universe.
