I’m sorry, it’s me – I can’t help it. I’ve tried to keep the insanity from the door of this corner of the web but I can’t do it any longer. The world in which we live is wonderful, beautiful and terrible thing and yet there’s few – well quite a lot of people actuallyâŚ
In this series of posts I’m going to look at the human perspective and ask questions like ‘What does it mean to be human?’ or ‘How can I be a better Human?’ with a little sprinkling of ‘How can I be more comfortable as a human?’In this mad world we’ve been enduring especially over theâŚ

My name is Simon I'm an engineer, creator, free thinker and occasionally writer. For far too long I had ideas and nowhere to put them for the world to see, that's why Planet Simon was created.
I'm an experimenter, explorer and fascinated by the world around me and the people in it. My exploration goes further than the known universe and expands out to universe's I've created in my mind and put onto the creative canvas.
I'm not the person I used to be and over time I have evolved and the blog is evolving with me. Whatever this blog is in the future it's a place where all are welcome and ideas can roam free to find their magical place in the universe.

Two cups a day wouldnât be classed as too much âď¸âď¸đ
As someone who has to regulate her diet, I face ‘too much of’ and ‘not enough of’ every day. I had to actually cut back on water consumption years ago because I was drinking more than a gallon a day due to a vitamin and mineral deficiency in me. I don’t remember what the lethal amount of water consumption is, but I must have came close to scare my doctor.
By the way, does it matter if my carrots are cooked when I add them to my concrete?
they claim excessive coffee consumption may have been the cause of my breast cancer! It was excessive but we should limit ourselves to 2 x strong cuppas or 5 instants per day … it is a drug!
I had to read a short story a while ago where the victim was killed by a caffeine overdose from cola, and I knew there was no way. Thanks for confirming that for me!
I never heard of water poisoning before. I just looked it up, though, and that sounds truly awful. I guess too much of anything can kill you in one way or another.
I can’t drink coffee anymore. Drinking it, is fine. The come down though, messes with my anxiety something shocking. I only drink it during the cold and IF I know I’m not going to end up anywhere. So like one, once a year now, lol
As a former abuser of caffeine to keep going, I did alot of research to recover from what I did to myself. Caffeine and most other stimulants stimulate the adrenal gland. The adrenal gland can only produce so much adrenaline however. Beyond that, it starts to weaken. Then the caffeine is just trying to make your body run on what adrenaline may be in your system and you burn out. It’s basically why energy drink junkies get to the point they can’t function without it and eventually even those won’t be enough.
NOT saying that some sort of adrenal issue is the case for Belladonna. There’s remarkable variation in human physiology. Just pointing out the risks of becoming a caffeine junkie.

I think that is a huge amount of water to dink in a day and your doctor must have been scared.
