I’ve had a picture of this car for ages, it’s so bright and red and the shine on it was amazing – I wanted to draw it or at least have a go. I don’t know why it’s one of those itches I think someone who does art gets…
This is how it went.

I got in the basic shape.

Then the detail and started adding the color, trying to get the color shade seemed to get me a bit. But I kept with it.

Adding more and more detail…

Until I finally got there.
This was a mix of charcoal white and black and wax color on grey shaded paper, my first shaded paper experiment… I’m quite pleased with it, but I want to do more. This is pretty cool but I leaned a bit on this and I want to see what else I can do.
