Blog Orbit – Blog Date October 2020

Hi there bloggies, I don’t know what to say – October. How in the name of butthole are we in October? What’s happened to this year? I mean it’s good in a way it’s flying by as it continues to be a shit to everyone but really? I’m too old to have years fly by like this.

Anyways the good thing is that as things fly by that thing called Christmas will also be over soon. Can you believe it I’ve already seen mince pies, Christmas trees and decorations? I mentioned this to a person in the shop. I can’t remember the exact words of the bullshit response, but it was bullshit.

This month has been a little more fruitful that most of the rest of the year has, the first thing is that I’ve started a new series – 100 Ways to Die in Space, we’re already on the third post of this potentially long running series ao shave a look:

100 Ways to Die in Space – # 1 Going too Slowly
100 Ways to Die in Space – # 2 Going too Fast
100 Ways to Die in Space – # 3 Getting too Hot

Along with each post is some unique cartoon artworks, how do I know they’re unique – I made them that’s way. Telling stories in pictures and in words together is a big part of how I would like to push my posts forward. Let’s see how that goes… Best intentions and all that.

I hope the world wherever you are is calming a bit more and we’re finding a new and better normal. Much of my reading and creative work has suffered these last months. I have plans on things to pick this up by the end of the year and with Nano around the corner I have all kinds of planning to do – so I’m hoping goo things will come from this. Is anyone else taking part this year?

Blog Orbit – June 2023

Hello there bloggies! Despite the weather presenting the look that it’s about April we have now arrived in June. We’ve made it this far and yet there still seems so long to go. The cost of living is still up through the roof, the backs seem forever useless and on the brink of collapse too…
