Star Trek Picard First Official Trailer Released At SDCC 2019!

The first official trailer for Star Trek: Picard has been released at SDCC 2019, and it hits warp speed on every level! I’ve been looking foward to this series ever since it was announced, and the trailer looks awesome! Can’t wait to see Patrick Stewart return as Picard! It has also been confirmed that Jonathan Frakes, Marina Sirtis, Jonathan del Arco, Brent Spiner and Jeri Ryan will be reprising their roles as Will Riker, Troy, Hugh the Borg, Data, and Seven of Nine.

The trailer is packed with fan pleasing moments, seeing Data and Seven on Nine again was awesome, and I’m sure Star Trek Picard will be well worth the wait.

  1. I can’t wait for the new Star Trek: Picard series next year.

In addition to the force from Star Wars, Star Trek series especially Star Trek: The Next Generations have always been my top of the list for space related entertainment.

And some of the principles of the Starfleet, Captain Picard’s style of leadership have indirectly influenced my style of people management as well. When I stuck with an issue, I always ask myself – what would Jean-Luc would do in my situation?

Here’s my comparison between 2 series – The Next Generations and The Voyager:-

  2. I liked TNG… alot. That includes liking Picard and Riker both better than Kirk.

I’m really uncertain about this one with all I’ve read. Trying to bridge the reboot universe and the original, all the licensing disputes that led to the franchise getting to this point, and just how Discovery went off the deep end, THEN had the writers and such attack the fans for criticizing…

I’m crossing my fingers, but I admit I don’t have high hopes here.
