Great Podcasts that Excite, Educate & Entertain – The Infinite Monkey Cage

Back at the end of last year, it looked like Radio 2 was going to go to the dogs and indeed it was. I had to find something new to listen to, something engaging, interesting and entertaining… Hence I found podcasts. I’ve tried some that are as dry and old toast but these are the posts about the ones that have caught my mind…

The next podcast I would like to blog about is called The Infinite Monkey Cage. What do you get when you combine a scientist (Brian Cox) a comedian (Robin Ince) and then a panel of experts on the scientific subject and another comedian. The Infinite Monkey cage…

What I really like about this is that it tackles scientific subjects, big ones like the size of the universe and how humans have evolved and the subject is discussed honestly, simply and with a few laughs thrown in. It makes learning science fun and it really is a joy to listen to.

If you’re interested in science and want to learn this is really, really good and I thoroughly recommend it. I can’t tell you too much without giving it away but you’ve got some great topics and all of them are really well delivered.

Give it a go and let me know what you think.
