The Versatile Blogger Award

I had a little surprise the other day when my friend over at survivednarc decided to niominate me for the versatile blogger award. I was really chuffed to get it. She says I’m the guy that never gets boring to talk to at a party which I have to say is a crown I don’t mind wearing, so thank you. Go and have a look at her blog, it defintely worth looking at!

  1.  Display Award
  2.  Thank the person who nominated you

  4.  Nominate up to 10 other bloggers

  1. I’ve never taken a creative writing course.
  2. I write from the heart a bit too much, meaning I hate, verging on despise having to review my work. The trouble is my typing is often awful!
  3. I spend more time bloggin when I should be writing!
  4. I went to scouts when I was younger, it was great it was sea scouts and used to mess about on boats a lot.
  5. I love drawing things, from real or my mind. I’m thikning about showing you guys some of my work on this.
  6. I’m led to believe that my Family name goes back a long way and there’s a (small) place named after it and possibly a coat of arms (I’m not sure about this though).
  7. I can bake some really good unhealthy stuff!

As usual there is no pressure to take part, but I love it when you do. If you don’t want to it’s ok, just consider it a kind gesture to your blogging skill!

    1. I’m g hoping the artwork will come soon. I have no idea about the coat of arms… I have to look into it. There was a fb group for the Farnell’s, the coat of arms it showed I’m sure wasn’t genuine.

  1. Congrats on the award Simon. I enjoyed reading your facts about yourself. I agree that if you want to write, something has to give. With me, it’s been the blogging this year – much as I really miss it. As for our ancestry, that sounds fantasic. I’d be delving into that if I were you. 🙂

  2. Congratulations Simon! I hope you post some of your drawings, I most definitely would look forward to that. It would also be interesting to see your coat of arms if you are able to locate it, fascinating fact about your family name. I hope you’ve had a wonderful day so far, yay it’s Friday, please have a wonderful evening! ~ Mia
